This Privacy Policy explains how ResiMax Equity Partners, LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating the Creative Intelligence Tool (the "Service," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information. The Service is a business tool for advertising teams; it is not directed to consumers or children, and you must be 18 or older to use it.
fbclid), the Meta browser cookies _fbp/_fbc, your IP address, and user-agent.We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share the business data in your workspace (synced ad data, creatives, reports, or briefs) with third parties for their own advertising. The one exception is limited, hashed event data from our marketing website, which we share with advertising platforms to measure and improve our own marketing (see Sections 1 and 4).
Creative analysis is performed using third-party AI infrastructure providers acting as our processors. When you run an analysis, the relevant creative content (video frames, imagery, audio for transcription, text) and campaign context are transmitted to these providers solely to generate your results, subject to contractual and API terms that restrict use of the data for other purposes. Providers may retain transient copies briefly for abuse monitoring and reliability under their terms; we do not permit your content to be used to train their models, and we do not use your identified data to train shared models.
We engage service providers to perform functions on our behalf, including cloud hosting, data storage, authentication, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, email delivery, licensed social-data provision, and artificial-intelligence or machine-learning processing. These providers may process account information, uploaded content, creative assets, campaign-performance information, usage data, and generated outputs solely as necessary to provide and support the Service, subject to contractual restrictions and applicable law.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, and to protect the rights, safety, or property of us, our users, or others.
To measure and improve our own marketing, our marketing website shares limited event data with Meta through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API — including hashed contact identifiers, click IDs, the _fbp/_fbc cookies, IP address, and user-agent (see Section 1). Meta processes this data both as our measurement provider and for its own purposes as described in Meta's data policy. This sharing is limited to our marketing website and our own advertising; we do not share the business data inside your workspace with advertising platforms.
If we undergo a corporate reorganization, formation of an affiliate, financing, merger, acquisition, or a sale or transfer of the Service, the business, or all or substantially all assets relating to the Service, information we hold may be transferred to the affiliate, successor, or acquirer as part of that transaction. This includes customer account information and business data processed through the Service, such as:
If such a transfer occurs, we will update this Privacy Policy to identify the new entity responsible for your information and explain any material changes to processing, service providers, retention, or your rights. The commitments in this Privacy Policy, and any privacy preferences you have expressed (such as marketing opt-outs), travel with the transferred information — a transfer does not permit the successor to disregard them. Any successor's future changes to privacy practices would be subject to the notice provisions of this policy.
We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit, encryption at rest for platform access tokens, workspace-level data isolation, role-based access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately at support@creativeintelligencetool.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We use cookies and browser storage for authentication sessions, preferences, and product analytics. Blocking essential storage will prevent the Service from functioning. Our marketing website additionally uses the Meta Pixel and related cookies (_fbp/_fbc) to measure our advertising, as described in Sections 1 and 4; where required this is subject to your consent, and you can opt out through your browser or device advertising controls. The signed-in Service itself does not run third-party advertising trackers.
The Service is operated from the United States and information is processed in the U.S. and in the countries where our service providers operate. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to this processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes we will provide notice, such as by email or in-product notice, before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
